The SAE Event Team and technical staff will …
- determine the sponsors that get special pre-registration
- send the invitation emails to the sponsors and then to all attendees
- review and manage the online preregistration system
- See the Ride & Drive Sponsor Process for details on flagging attendees for pre-registration
The Ride & Drive Admin Team will
- field support emails sent by attendees related to the Ride & Drive. Forward any other requests to events@sae-detroit.org
- support may include making changes and/or answering questions about the process or selections
- use the exports from the system, once enrollment is closed, to use for onsite purposes
